The Creator:
When I was nineteen I started to lose
hair in the temporal region of my scalp.
I would have been classified as a two
on the Norwood scale. This is not dramatic
hair loss but it did worry me. I thought
that when I got older I'd start to look
like my father and my uncles who were
all in various stages of serious hair
loss.
It was at this time that I discovered
the scalp exercise. By learning how
to alternately contract the muscles
at the front and back of the head I
was able to move my scalp. This movement
of the scalp increased the blood flow
into the scalp area. It's like bodybuilding
exercises pumping up muscles in the
arms or chest.
After a few months of doing the exercise,
I noticed that my upper face looked
tighter - the facial muscles looked
toned up. But there was no growth of
new hair in the temporal area although
my previous hair loss seemed to be stabilizing.
After eight months of doing the exercise,
though, I did have a growth of new hair
in this area. My hair became almost
as thick as it was when I was fourteen
or fifteen.
My Web site Hairloss-reversible.com
discuses the scalp exercise and gives
testimonials from people who have followed
the regimen for a period of time. The
web site also has many objective pages
that clearly explain the causes and
treatment options for pattern baldness
and some other forms of hair loss as
well.

Editor's Note:
Hairloss-reversible.com takes a look
a the various causes and treatments
for male pattern baldness, but the unique
aspect of this site focuses on the author's
unique approach to successfully treating
his own hair loss with what he calls
"The Scalp Exercise." Anyone
who is interested in an alternative
to the conventional treatments for hair
loss should check out Hairloss-Reversible.
